Fabric bag made from natural fibre fabrics.
When folded flat the bag measures:
40 cm across the top
26 cm from top edge to base
The mitred corner base measure 20 cm sq
The two straps measure 72 cm in length and are 25mm wide each and sit comfortably on the shoulder.
There is an interior pocket measuring 18.5 cm wide and 14 cm deep.
The main base of the bag is made from a cotton/linen mix natural linen coloured fabric. The 13 cm deep patch band is constructed from 3 different fabrics, a burgundy and cream stripe, a plain green lime coloured cotton fabric, a plain burgundy fabric and a variously shaded green printed cotton/linen mix fabric.
The bag is lined in a burgundy, green and beige striped fabric. There is an interior pocket constructed from the lime green fabric and the printed green fabric.
The straps are made from beige twill tape
Each bag comes with a tag of the photograph that inspired the colour combinations.

The choice of colours used in this bag were inspired by a photograph I took this summer of marram grass.
The stripes echo the upright stems which were a deep burgundy rising to a lime green then a darker green. The beige fabric reflects the sand dunes the marram grass was growing in.
