I got inspired to make moon mandalas after making Hare moon-gazers and the name Luna kept coming to me from books and from friends, i thought - why not make some moons on their own??.

Full description
Moon Mandala - Green/plum/bronze - 15cm ((6") round. Free machine embroidered/painted felt and embossed metal moons (from softened drinks cans) stitched to painted fabrics and outlined with gold. Single sided and stiffened on the reverse (plain black) to hold it's shape. Mixed, stitched yarns zig zagged on the outer edge with a hanging loop and a single, hand rolled bead (painted paper) to finish it off. With complimentary plum colour stitching.
