Handmade unique Bulrush sculpture and bird feeder.

This art sculpture, inspired by nature and gives back to nature with its practical bird feeder.
simply unscrew the top of the rush, fill with nuts and enjoy!!!

The bird feeder is made of galvanised 0.25 inch welded mesh to withstand the British weather.
I have designed the sculpture to rust over time for a natural patina.
The large stem I've attached a leaf to the rush for birds to perch and feed. The smaller stem is more suitable to Blue-tits and alike.

I've used 3mm Steel for the leaves for longevity.
10mm Rounded Steel for the stems.
Weight appox 15 kilos

This item is for sale as seen, others can be made to order, Large... as seen, medium... with one stem and 2 leaves, or Small... one stem only.

Each item is handcrafted and no two will be the same.

Alternatively I can make to your specific requirements. POA.

Should you prefer a lacquered or painted finish just ask.

The securing method are 3 welded ground stakes, the longest is 18 inches, which can be pushed into soft soil or post-crete for extra stability.

When secured the height is approx 5'6ft and 3ft wide.

Each item is made in its entirerity, no need for assembly, just stick it in the ground and fill with nuts.
