Full description
This little hanging Isle of Wight shape is cut from MDF and I have used glass paint to depict the scene of the Needles. The outline of the rocks is silver and raised to allow paint to flood in forming a special effect like crackle. The clouds and waves are dropped wet into wet and spread out to form a different pattern each time, they are actually a very pearlescent white with a beautiful shine that does not show up in the photograph. This means each one is truly unique and will vary each time. The last picture shows an example of three.
The glass paint dries to a very high shine gloss finish.
The back is painted dark blue and stamped and embossed in white with shells and 'Isle of Wight'
The decoration is aprox 12cm x 7cm and 6mm thick
Would make a lovely little gift to pop inside card for anyone with any connection to the Island.
