Full description
This miniature handmade mushroom scene is sculpted from air drying clay and finished in a shimmering metallic purple that really catches the light. The base is built on MDF and covered in textured clay, decorated with crystal like rock formations painted in blues, purples and touches of gold for a magical effect.
Tiny toadstools, also painted in rich purples, grow among matching foliage, while a little handmade butterfly completes the scene. The piece has been carefully painted with hard wearing acrylic paints so it can be enjoyed for years to come.
This mushroom, which I’ve named Lavender, makes a lovely addition to an indoor fairy garden, a whimsical shelf display, or even a little desk companion to brighten your day. It also makes a thoughtful gift for anyone who loves fantasy, nature or cottagecore inspired decor.
The piece measures approximately 7.5 cm across and 7 cm high (about 3 inches by 2.75 inches).
Please note this piece is intended for indoor display only. As it contains small handmade parts it should be kept away from young children. To keep it looking its best, gently dust from time to time with a soft dry brush. Air drying clay has a little give, but please do handle with care. Colours may appear slightly different depending on screen settings.
