Full description
I specialise in creating handpainted greeting cards and original watercolour paintings which are all original artwork and not prints so the recipient will receive something very special and unique. This beautiful painting would make an ideal gift for someone who loves the countryside. This painting depicts a harvested field with circular bales of hay in a field with countryside in the distance. The painting was inspired by a recent holiday in Somerset where the farmers were busy harvesting their fields. I think the painting captures the dry, hot summer that we have experienced this year! I use a range of watercolour techniques such as wet on wet, wax resist and splattering to create my unique style of artwork. I post my paintings first class recorded delivery and flat packed not rolled.The size is approximately 27cm x 38cm.Thank you for looking at my work.
