Nautilus Shell.
A few years ago I bought a porcelain shell whilst on holiday in Cornwall. It has the most glorious colours and I’ve wanted to try something like it for awhile, this is my version. It’s backed with white felt with a white ribbon the hang it by. The base is a luscious turquoise taffeta, with layers of gorgeous organza and other such lovelies, with free motion embroidery on top!
It would make a beautiful gift for someone very special or for a specific celebration present, or to hang at home. It will hang from door handles, under pictures or on the wall. The shell measures 14 x 18cm, length with the ribbon is 28.5cm.
It will be posted by first class. If you live outside the UK please email me and we can discuss postage. If you would like more than one item please email me and we can discuss condensing the postage.
Whilst I have done my best to photograph this piece, colours may vary due to monitor settings. Also my work is very shiny and consequently quite hard to capture!
