The inspiration for the embroidery is taken from a metal sculpture of a peacock spotted in Basel, Switzerland

Full description
The main part of the bag, which is cube-shaped, has been made in turquoise wool felt and this cube is 6"(18cm) square. I have hand appliquéd eight peacocks all around the bag in two different colour ways.
The drawstring part of the bag is made from two of my prints and is pulled up with green cotton tape trimmed with pink beads.
The bag is fully lined in pink sheeting fabric.
The drawstring part of the bag is 6"(18cm) tall when not drawn up, so the bag is 12"(31cm) tall when not drawn up.
The bag could be used for craft projects, knitting, sewing or similar
