Had a superb holiday last year in the German and Austrian Alps. This is my reminder of some of the lovely views of the green valleys backed by snow tipped mountains.

This is a stained glass suncatcher made using the Tiffany copper foil technique.
A brand new design for summer 2018.
It is a 'picture' of a sunset over snow tipped mountains. Maybe Swiss Alps or Austria.
There is a lake in the foreground then some summer meadows and the mountains as a backdrop, at sunset..
The picture is framed with a strengthening border of twisted wire.
This is beautifully bright and cheerful and casts lovely colours when it hangs in the light of a window.
It is 14.5cm in diameter and hangs from a strong silvery chain which is securely attached at either side of the top.
My pieces are all unique. I use different shades and textures of glass to ensure that everything I make, even when to the same pattern, is different.
