This small to medium crotchet chicken is made from wool,and has a wool felt comb and tail feathers.She is weighted with dry pasta and is good as a paperweight,doorstop or sitting on a lap or shelf .she is crotcheted in lovely autumn colours of fallen leaves.she measures 17c.m from head to tail and 39.5 around her middle.

Whilst making a crotchet purse I decided to stuff it,squash it and a chicken was born.I love making these fun chickens,choosing a huge range of browns,reds,greys and ochre colours.Mine sit on a shelf,and when needed I use their weight to hold things down or on my lap
to annoy the cat who wants to sit there too !!
