I simply love vintage furniture and this gorgeous little chest of drawers was no exception! Being a Stag piece, it is lovely quality, solid wood and beautifully made. So with all this in mind, I decided to give it a makeover to compliment its existing qualities. The overall result is just stunning and this lovely little Stag has become a statement piece in its own right.

Full description
This gorgeous Stag chest of drawers has been lovingly Upcycled using Annie Sloan paints and waxes.
For the overall colour I have used Country Grey, which is a very versitile shade that will compliment a range of colour schemes. The drawers have been decoupaged in a textured design which has been painted in Duck Egg using a paint effect technique to add age and interest. For the handles, I have reused the original ones as they are just so lovely I couldn't pick anything more suitable! Finally, to add a little depth here and there, I added a swish of dark wax around the top edge and to the edges of the drawer fronts.
Overall this is such a pretty little piece, but it's not only lovely to look at as it is a very useful item too. With its 3 over 2 drawers, it also offers good storage space for whatever you should choose; with the 2 deeper drawers being perfect for larger items.

I offer free delivery within a 50 mile radius of my location, further than this will be subject to courier charges, so please do ask for a quote before committing to buy. I use a furniture courier, package my items up very securely and keep my customers updated throughout.
