I found a pair of over sized jump rings in my stash, they had been hammered to give a a light texture with a hammer - a great size for earrings. I started playing around with ideas of how I might use them with some discs I had previous cut from sheet silver. The earrings on sale here are the result. A lovely simple understated earring. I love the contrast of the brass against the silver, it just adds the look of gold but at a reasonable price. I think copper would make a fabulous contrast to so look out for alternative version of these in the future.

Full description
The 15 mm disc at the centre of these earrings is sterling silver and has been lightly textured using a hammer. The outer ring is made from 1.2 mm round sterling silver wire this has also been textured. To contrast the silver I used a small piece of textured brass 18 mm x 3 mm to join the pieces together and then attached an ear post and butterfly fastening.
This item is available to buy now other variations i.e. copper instead of brass to join pieces together, or a copper central disc instead of silver (that will make a stunning combination) message me if you would like a variation to the item listed.
