As you'll see from the other square cards in this series, I made a total of twelve different paintings of British birds for a calendar project. I thought the paintings would make a nice card collection for bird-lovers and gardeners.

Featuring one of the cutest birds to visit the feeders in my garden, this square card (148 mm x 148 mm) is perfect for bird-lovers and gardening types. I have counted eight or nine of these delightful birds on a single feeder at one time.
The bird was originally painted in watercolour on a soft textured paper, which shows on the printed card against an off-white background. Beside the bird is its name and Latin name. The quality 300 gsm card is supplied with a white laid envelope.
The back of the card features three squares of colours taken from the painting.
Your card will be carefully packed in a cello bag and posted to you in a sturdy board back mailer.
