Full description
A flotilla of colourful yachts all rigged with sails made from sea pottery - shards of china discarded into the sea where they've been perfectly shaped and smoothed by the movement of the ocean - who knows how long these pieces of flotsam and jetsam have been tumbling around in the ocean or where they came from and this adds an element of mystery and intrigue in every piece I create.
This piece is set inside a 20cm square glazed box frame that will stand alone on a flat surface or hang on the wall.
