You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Payment methods Buyers are more than welcome to make enquiries about my ability to make their request and/or make it to a time scale before placing an order. I will also wait for the order to be placed through Etsy before the work is carried out. As most of the items are personalised this gives me (and you!) security that the order will go ahead. Sadly on my personalised I can't refund and accept returns if the buyer changes their mind. If the buyer would dislike, or is not happy with my work... I wouldn’t like this to happen, so I hope I could work it out to change the outcome. Refunds and Exchanges If an item is faulty, if possible, please send me a clear photo of any fault. I will pay for the return of the item. On receipt and inspection I shall issue a full refund or replacement if deemed to be faulty. If the fault can be remedied, I will work with the buyer to conquer this! I want to buyer to be pleased with the handmade, unique and carefully sewn mice. A happy customer makes me happy! If the mice are for a Wedding cake.. I just love to see the mice in place on the big day! Please message me with ANY questions about an item or your order. I always try to accommodate special requests wherever I can.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
