Wheat bags are fantastic to cuddle up to, and I wanted to make a pretty patchwork design.

Full description
This pretty wheat bag is made from a patchwork of cotton fabrics, quilted onto a cotton backing, and lined with a colour coordinated fabric. There is a velcro fastening to close the flap of the cover. It measures 10" square.
The wheat bag itself, is removable in order to heat in the microwave, and is made from organic wheat in a 100% cotton cover.
These wheat bags can either be heated and used as a hot water bottle, or a heat pad for pulled muscles and sport injuries. The wheat bags can also be cooled in the freezer and used as a cold compress.
The covers are machine washable on a cool wash, but do not tumble dry.
