Original 6 inch x 6 inch (15 cm x 15 cm) Gelli print mono-type of teasels mounted on a 7 inch x 7 inch (17.5 cm x 17.5 cm) blank greetings card. This is an original artwork not a copy. I call them "art cards". You can send a unique present that can be personalised with your own greeting or message. The artworks can then be kept as a memento when displayed in a 8 inch x 8 inch (20 cm x 20 cm) frame (available from a well known chain hardware store). Please note the frame in the photo is not included, it is for demonstration purposes only.

Show someone how special they are by sending them a unique artwork greetings card. As a framed artwork these teasels would enhance any room in your house or place of work .

The multi media artwork and envelope will be enclosed in a cellophane display bag and sent in protective packaging for transit. It will be sent within 3 days of receiving payment.

UK P&P free. It will be dispatched using 1st class Royal Mail.

The teasel is my inspiration. I love their iconic structure. They can be found in both nature and gardens. Beautiful in flower, in the summer, I also love the way they add interest right through the winter. They have along history in the woolen industry. I demonstrate Iron Age spinning with a prehistoric drop spindle as part of my Iron Age Experience with Forest School Plus and always show pupils the teasels which could be found in the hedgerows and used as a tool to tease and brush the wool fibres prior to spinning. So beautiful but also so prickly.
