Poppy Pin - Sterling Silver Stick Pin
This brooch is cast from a delicate wild poppy seedpod using the lost-wax casting process. Every tiny detail is captured in the metal. The surface is a soft mix of matt & polished to highlight the textures.
Fastened with a sterling silver push-on stopper, this pin could be used as a brooch or hat-pin. The stem is 1.2mm thick so will mark delicate fabrics and is more suited to looser woven fabrics or on clothing that you don't mind a small hole in.
Length: approx 5cm
This poppy pin will be gift-boxed & tied with ribbon.
