You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Additional terms

Hopefully you will love your piece of Artigiana Jewellery but if for any reason you don't, items can be returned within 7 days of receipt. Please contact me in the first instance if you are dissatisfied with your purchase. Please note that earrings cannot be returned. All returns must be in their original packaging and in perfect unworn condition. Return postage will be the buyer's responsibility unless the jewelry is faulty. Your purchase will be shipped within 3 working days of receiving confirmation of your payment. All items will be shipped using first class mail in the UK and outside the UK via AirMail. Where possible I will try to use recycled packaging. Please be aware that Airmail can take between 1 - 4 weeks for delivery. For peace of mind, Recorded Delivery, or Special Delivery, is recommended. Please contact me to receive a quote for this. Items lost in the post will not be refunded.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
