Flora Day a celebration of spring.
Helston in Cornwall gets decked in Flora & Dancing goes on All day. Everyone wears Lily of the Valley.
When my son was little we used to walk through Bluebell-carpeted Penrose to get to Flora Day - usually early in the morning to watch the Hal-an-Tow.
As he grew older, he used to appear at the front door - often in his wetsuit after a post school harbour jumping session - clutching a little bunch of cornish hedge flowers. "For you Muma". Li'l heart-melter!

Burst of Bluebells & Lily of the Valley marking the coming of spring, a lasting keepsake floral bouquet for you to send with your hand written message - perfect for Mother's Day!
This is an original LinoCut Card handprinted on beautiful artist paper in two colours, with info on the back hand-set in old letterpress, hand inked & printed on my ancient Press.

:: Sealed into a compostable cornstarch clear-bag
:: Inside is blank for you to write your own personal message
:: Cards will be sent carefully packed in a repurposed board protected, recycled package
It's very hard to convey, in a photograph, the truly beautiful physical quality of the ink & it's colour on this gorgeously soft-to-touch paper - very tactile!
This colours are deliciously Viridian Green Light Chrome Yellow mix & a Lightened Pure Blue! - The photos disguise the soft matt quality of the paper & ink
Cards will vary slightly due to the nature of hand production making each card unique & original
