Beautifully crafted, solid pine toy chest hand painted in a range of cheerful scenes. An ideal addition to any little one's nursery or bedroom.

Our carpenter has many years experience in making beautiful furniture, I am a trained Graphic Designer with a great passion for art & design. Together, we work together to create a range of beautiful, bespoke toy boxes and coordinating accessories for children.

Two sizes are available:

Large - Length 95cm x Height 50cm x Depth 40cm (Weight approx 19kg) - £200
Medium - Length 80cm x Height 40cm x Depth 40cm (Weight approx. 15.3kg) - £250

1. Each box shows the designs that we do. There are a range of base colours to choose from and the painted images can be completed in any colours you wish.

2. You have the option to choose the lid and skirt to be painted or stained in antique oak (or left clear) the choice is yours.

3.Your child's name can be added to the front, or the word 'Toys' - or it can be left free of lettering if you wish. You can choose from a script style of lettering as shown on the bird design or a more chunky style of lettering as shown on this design.

4. Our boxes are as child friendly as we could make them. Gas struts have been fitted so that once the lid is up, it needs to be pushed in order for it to close. There is a cut out at the front to avoid little fingers becoming trapped.
The lid edges are rounded.

I was very proud when I finished this design - because, it was my very first! I have always loved birds and nature and I designed this box because it is elegant and pretty. A wonderful addition to any little girls nursery or bedroom.
The design is bespoke, and can be finished in any colourways which you like. There is a colour swatch on my website for the box colour and lettering can be painted or patterning can be used, this goes for the wings on the birds. The choice is yours!

These boxes are bespoke and are made to order as such, Tatty's Toyboxes & Treasures regretfully cannot accept returns. IMPORTANT: PLEASE NOTE THAT OUR BOXES HAVE AN ORDER TIME OF 6 - 8 WEEKS, THIS IS DUE TO THEM BEING HAND CRAFTED AND MADE TO ORDER. A minimum of 50% deposit is required in order to begin - the remain balance to be paid on completion, or the full amount can be paid before work starts. Delivery is in addition to the cost of your box. Please note that we use a reputable delivery company who specialise in large, fragile furniture items. Collection is the preferred method, however if you wish to utilise the delivery service, please advise at the time of ordering and I can obtain a quote.
