I needed a good bag for library visits as I get 9 or 10 books at a time so designed this specifically to fit in books and added a pouch inside for the card. I originally made in pre-loved denim jeans but have used a new strong canvas printed fabric on this occasion with a soft poplin lining. Holds a nice load of shopping too. My experience with handles previously led me to lining these with fleece and making a little bit wider for a comfortable carry as it is half a mile to the bus stop!

Medium size bag (12" x 16") in a cotton canvas print made with side and base panels of 3" to give generous interior space. Can hold 9 library books with no bother! Lined with soft cotton poplin with a small pouch for your library card/bus or tube pass. 9" drop, wide handles (2") lined with fleece material so that heavy loads do not cut into your hands. Popular cake motif.
