This print nearly slipped through the net.
It was an impulse creation. Inspired by one of my regular morning walks along the North East coast of England.
No two times is the sea the same as the sea is always changing with the light, the weather, the moon and tides. Really we should called it ‘the seas’.
Since I was a child, I’ve always loved the sea. But only as an adult have I come to appreciate the healing properties of the seas. Just being close, to hear, to smell, to feast my eyes.
The Earth cycles through the seasons of the year, the colours of the sea shore changes. Here with Seas Change we have a glimpses of Spring in the presence of greens and yellows. But winter is still clinging on. There’s still a chill in the air, a building wind, adding force to the waves. There’s some white galloping waves, churning up seaweed and pebbles.
I always return to the seas. And I’m always in awe of them; their beauty, their rhythms and their constancy.

( 20x 25cm) as well as poster size A1, A2 and A3( 420 x 297mm, 594 x 420mm and 841 x 594mm). Other sizes can be printed on request.
The price stated here is for 8x10in digital print. Printed on premium quality smooth fine art paper with a natural, matte finish.
This is a textured design depicting a seascape. There is a combination of colours to create movement representing waves on the shore. Blocks of white mix with dashes of black, blues, greens and yellows.
This is a rich and textured print which is gentle and calm as well as forceful and wild, just like the seas.
This piece would have a commanding effect in any living room.
