I am inspired by many things, travel, history, the sea,islands, the landscape,and wildlife. I have sketchbooks full of drawings and I turn them into paintings or into 3d mini sculpture in wood. I don't copy directly but add my take on the things I see.. my own mark and I like to add a touch of fun to everything I make.
I liked the idea of painting something that showed both Town and country the bird represents me as I get older I want to be in the country and wanted to escape the towns..
