Item details
In 1865 Lewis Carroll wrote the now world-famous story of Alice and her Adventures in Wonderland.
Here are 4 of 8 (in total) beautiful original prints from around the 1920's by Mabel Lucie Attwell, rescued from a broken and scribbled-in book, published by Raphael Tuck & Sons Ltd - 'Publishers to Their Majesties the King and Queen’.
The prints to choose from are:
‘’Oh dear! Oh dear! I shall be too late!’
‘The Mad Hatter’s Tea Party’
‘The Cheshire Cat’
‘The Mouse’s Tale’
The soft pastel colours are still fresh and they are enhanced by a hand-made, green-stained, natural wood frame, glazed and ready to hang.
The prints are approximately 20 cm x 15 cm, the frames 33 cm x 28 cm.
They would make a lovely addition to a nursery, children's bedroom or just on the wall of anyone who appreciates beautiful illustrations.
They are priced at £15.00 each, which includes FREE Postage & Packing in UK.
