This design has been taken from a series of photographs of sea shells I have taken over the years. I have painted over the image and manipulated it to give it a textural feel before printing onto cotton.

Design NO. 30 Sea Shell
Hand dyed and digitally printed sea shell design 100% cotton scarf
46 cm wide by 165 cm in length
Machined rolled edge in cotton thread.
I created this design from a photograph I took of a collection of sea shells on a moss covered stone wall.
This scarf has been hand dyed using a low water immersion technique which creates a mottled, subtle uneven effect when dyeing fabric. The fabric has also been digitally printed with my sea shell photographic design.
Due to my process of printing and dying no 2 scarves are the same so you are getting a truely unique item.
This scarf is a great length to tie in lots of different ways.
