This is a stunning yellow agate dragon bookmark. It is created with real yellow dragon vein agate gemstones, silver plated copper wire, tassel, and a metal dragon bookmark. This is a great way to add to your fantasy reading. A wonderful gift for those who love dragons.
The dragon bookmark measures nearly 5 inches (12.3 cm) long and where the dragon head is at the top of the bookmark is 1 inch (2.5 cm) wide. The dragon vein agates are 8 mm in diameter. The tassel is 6 cm long.
Agate is a member of the quartz family and was discovered in 4 BC. It is made from silicon dioxide and often originates in cavities of molten rock. Agate has many mythical qualities. It is supposed to make the wearer more pleasant and agreeable. It is believed to quench thirst, protect against viruses and to cure insomnia. Dragon vein agate is believed heighten creative visualisation.
