Cosy comfort!
This thick, warm, winter scarf and beanie set is hand knitted to my own design in Sirdar Squiggly Super Chunky yarn. The yarn has a lovely colour combination of royal blue, turquoise, grey and white, and is 51% wool and 49% acrylic.
Both scarf and beanie are hand knitted in a stretchy double rib and are suitable for man or woman or an older boy or girl.
Scarf measures 36in (91cm) from end to end and is 4.5in (12cm) wide. I have designed the scarf to narrow down at both ends and one end has a "keyhole" through which the other end fits to give a snug and cosy fit around the neck.
Beanie measures 10in (25cm) from crown to brim and has a 2in (5cm) turn back cuff in 100% acrylic bright turquoise yarn, which gives extra warmth over the ears. Measurement around the brim is 20In (50cm), stretching to 24in (61cm).
Machine wash at 40 deg C on gentle cycle. Do not tumble dry or iron, just dry flat.
