Full description
This sterling silver brooch is inspired by lichen that I see around me growing on branches.
The gift of a brooch always feels, to me, a very thoughtful and personal gift. I love the thought of passing a brooch down as an heirloom piece of jewellery.
The brooch dimensions are:
-- total length 5cm
-- maximum width 2.8cm
Each piece of lichen has had a patina added to it to slightly darken it and enhance the surface pattern.
The brooch that you receive may not be the one shown in the images as each piece is made by hand and therefore the exact shape of each piece of lichen will vary. The position and numbers of the lichen will be the same on each brooch.
The pin attachment for this brooch is also hand made and it simply passes through your coat and then slips into a silver hook to secure it.
You will receive this brooch gift wrapped in a Thistledown Wishes gift box and I will post it to you using Royal Mail first class signed for delivery. Other pieces of jewellery are also available in this range.
