You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Pack of four eco-friendly cards and envelopes, stitched from discarded materials.
The £10 price includes first class post (I will not be posting outside the UK).
In keeping with my 'recycled' ethos, your package will arrive in an envelope sewn from old magazines and such like. I always make every effort to despatch quickly.
Each card is handmade and totally unique.
I am selling them off cheaply because they have been taking up valuable cupboard space for way too long, or they are waiting to be blogged about (which will never happen), or the envelopes don't quite match, or they are slightly flawed, or I can't find the notes I made when making them fifteen years ago, or I just don't have the time to take photographs and list them in my shop individually, or, all of these things. I want to make new stuff.
I never cut up books which could otherwise be read, or clothes which could otherwise be worn. They must be beyond repair before I will use them in my work.
Please be aware that, due to the nature of the materials, the cards may have small blemishes made by life.
£1 from this sale will go towards establishing the Khadija Saye Memorial Fund. Khadija tragically lost her life in the Grenfell Tower fire. The fund will help young artists whose background and circumstances might not grant them access to such support.
