Welcome to my shop Ecolistic Artworks. Each item is lovingly designed and created by me, Tina, the Eco-Conscious Artist. As many of my listings are made to order especially for you, feel free to message me for any requests such as changes in size, pose etc.
I also accept commissions for other types of willow animals, designer panel etc made to order please ask if you have something in mind.
The willow currently used is from my own willow beds and the hazel from my woodland at the back of my house making each item even more magical!

I wanted to design and make a basket which was both beautiful and useful. This practical and lovely basket was the result!
As with all the baskets they have the essence of the place where the materials came from -
a partially tamed wild.

Full description
This ergonomic willow basket is both beautiful and practical is it also very sturdy. It has been created using home grown Welsh Willow.
It sits well on it's flat bottom, the lacy, random weave is both strong and beautiful. I have enjoyed making this basket from home grown Welsh willow and have designed the basket with many uses in mind.
Here are some ideas,
It is sturdy and can, hold items such as bottles,
can be used for shopping with it's ergonomic design,
also with the open weave letting air flow it is ideal for perishables such as fruit and vegetables,
other storage uses such as a special gift container, hamper,
and,
display, as the light passes through it it will cast wonderful shadows.
But, mainly it has been created to be used and enjoyed.
