I love scouring car boot sales, flea markets and antique shops! At a car boot sale in Sweden I found this embroidery. It were two of them and both exquisitely stitched. I bought them of the sister of the lady who had made them decades ago and I used them for two coo sisters. x

Full description
I love this coo! She is very feminine and utterly one of a kind.
She's made from a handwoven cotton I bought in an antique shop in Sweden. It has a herringbone pattern. Her eyes and nose are felt and she has my signature heart glint embroidered in each eye. Her horns and inner ears are cotton. She has a yarn fringe and a vintage hand embroidered flower appliqué. The lovely wood she sits on has a the bark left on one side which contrasts beautifully with the feminine coo. She measures about 45cm from side to side of horns.
This is a totally unique, handmade piece of textile art. I cut all my work free hand and without any patterns, it makes work more exciting and the result is always one of a kind. Thank you for looking and let me know if you have any questions. x
