My jewellery embroideries are invented, designed and developed by me and are a unique form of machine stitched sculptural textile which I shrink and mould into shapes creating a colourful iridescent quality. My created surface I embellish with beads and goldwork.
The virtual weightlessness of the material allows me the freedom to make elaborate pieces which are light to wear.

Full description
A beautiful brooch made with machine embroidery using cotton and metallic threads over layers of dupion silk and pvc which is then shrunken and moulded with intricate hand-stitched beading and goldwork added. This piece is applied onto a hammered brass star. 6mm wide x 4mm depth.
