I was having trouble at the time finding a glue that I was happy with to adhere these flowers. Gave up and decided to embroider them on and I am very happy with the results. The little dragon fly brooch came from one of my favourite Emporiums and is the perfect finishing touch. A bag for a special occasion, different but not too showy.

Full description
This special occasion clutch bag is made from butter soft cream faux leather and embellished with a selection of die cut flowers and leaves attached to the front of the bag with a variety of embroidery stitches in cream embroidery silk. The centre of the flowers consist of links from a vintage metal filigree bracelet. A little vintage dragon fly brooch with sparkly stones running down the length of his body complete the look.
A handmade tassel in the same faux leather is decorated with the last of the bracelet links and is detachable from the gold zip.
The lining is a beautiful cotton in a flower design in shades of gold, black, pale blue and navy blue and there is a zip pocket within the seam to hold valuables.
This roomy clutch is large enough to hold all your requirements for a special day or night out and comes with a handmade dust bag to keep it clean when not in use.
Please note the tassel is really for decoration and I would not use it to pull the zip open and closed. The pin attaching the dragon fly brooch has been stuck in place at the back of the bag and I have sewn a small pocket around it so should it come apart it is easily located and not lost within the lining of the bag.
