These pieces are mostly made of recycled items. The die cut hearts decorated a new bag I had made and never used. The chain came from costume jewellery as did the sparkly centre of the hearts. The only new pieces are the rings and swivel clips.
Still get a buzz out of making something from recycled material.

Full description
This fun set of bag charms was created from the waste of a clutch bag that did not come up to the grade. Die cut from gold and white faux leather they are embellished with a variety of embroidery stitches in white embroidery silk and including running, chain and colonial knot. The centre has a flat sparkly bead taken from a bracelet.
The smaller of the two charms has a white acrylic heart bead taken from a necklace and has wire decoration and I have added a die cut heart in gold to either side.
Attached to a ring and chain in a silver colour with a detachable swivel clip, these bag charms can be used together or separately. Why not keep one and give one as a gift.
These pieces are best used as bag charms and not key rings due to the fact the stitching is in white and could discolour if kept within a handbag.
