Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Materials: Czech glass, wild pearls, intertwined with coffee coloured silk cord.
Length: 16.5cm plus extender chain.
I aim to dispatch items as soon as I can, but please allow up to 5 working days for your order to be dispatched.
- Items under £20 will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class.
- Items over £20 will be sent by Royal Mail 1st Class Signed For.
Where multiple items are purchased and the total cost is over £20, I will send the items via 1st Class Signed For.
Once I have posted your item I will send you an email to notify you that your order has been dispatched. Delivery time will depend upon where you live and how long it takes post to be delivered there.
