I grew up with horses in my life and spent a good deal of time producing sketch book upon sketch book of them though my childhood. I find sketching being a way of learning and understanding about the object you are focusing on. Horses being fascinating creatures with interesting muscle structures. I enjoyed making 'Willow' and I am eager to make more.
This is a custom-made item and cannot be returned unless faulty.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
'Willow' pictured here was created as a commission and can be recreated for you or, a variation pose, bred or, size of your choice.
I can design and make especially for you, your very own unique ideal sculptural horse/pony or I can supply a voucher as a present for someone special. I can also, work from a photograph of your special horse.
'Willow' was created using willow (type black maul) or, other materials from the woodland and hedgerow can be used to give your different horse colors.
You can also, choose your horse's pose and breed. On request I can send you images of your horse being made.
Approx size under 4 foot. Other sizes can be made but, these will cost more and you will need to arrange collection the work.
A commissioned horse will take from 3 - 5 weeks to complete
