I designed this little hook case in an effort to tidy up the tangle of hooks, pens and pencils sitting in pots on my work desk! I wanted something that would open out to show me exactly which hooks I had free and also have room for those little scissors which keep hiding away from me and a tape measure. At one point I thought about arranging them in order of size but I haven't done that yet! When I have time maybe.
This is a handy little case and it would be so easy to make it bigger to hold other items instead. Your crochet hooks or other items fit in the slots at the base and then a cover comes over to protect them and stop them from falling out. The whole thing rolls up and ties with a cord or ribbon. I've finished mine off with three little buttons on each end. All the information is there but if you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
The pattern is 6 pages long with 20 colour photographs to show you every step of the way. The pattern itself can be easily adapted to hold knitting needles, jewellery, screwdrivers or anything else you want to keep together in a roll up case.
