A press-printed linocut of a small smiling fish facing a rather menacing group of large fish.
Printed in black ink (Caligo) on high quality heavy-weight textured paper (Somerset, 250g). It is straight off the press and ready to mount and frame if you wish.
The print is from a small numbered edition (50) and is signed, numbered and dated.
Approximate dimensions (WxH) in mm.:
Paper: 280 x 280
Image: 200 x 200
I can also supply mounted or framed too - please contact me directly.
This image evolved after drawing on the lino sheet set at at an angle. It fostered the idea of being boxed into a corner.
The title maybe refers to what became of the little fish...
...or maybe the fish is story-telling and asking the others if they know what happened next.
It hangs well as one of a pair with another print "Was it something I said?" also in my shop.
