A bright and colourful hand made crochet baby blanket measuring approx. 29" / 75cm square.

Made from supersoft baby wool with a pattern that has loads of squishy texture, it's sure to keep a baby's eyes and fingers interested! Perfect as a pram blanket, or for rolling around on - you could even use it as a colourful shawl.

It is fully washable (30 deg in a normal wash cycle but best to place it in a laundry bag to protect from snags) but should be dried flat.

This pattern by Johanna of Mijocrochet, is actually for a triangular shawl but I realised it would work well as a square to make a blanket.
It has lots of overlay crochet stitches to give it a rich and springy texture, which will also help to make it nice and warm and snuggly.
I have used a polyester yarn to make sure it's fully washable and it includes polyamide to help make it more hard wearing.
