In instances where goods may arrive damaged, please take a photograph whilst still inside the original packaging, then a second once removed. this helps when we pursue the situation with the carrier. BENEFITS
Lavender is known to promote relaxation and feelings of calm, dealing particularly well with nerves or anxiety that may be keeping you awake. Chamomile is thought to be calming and soothing of mind and body to encourage rest. Majoram, a known sedative, sending you to sleep & helping you stay asleep. It's also good for anxiety, stress, tension & a hyperactive mind
USE
For massage 2-3 drops in a tablespoon of carrier. Bathing 5-8 drops in a tablespoon of carrier. Vapourisation apply 3-4 drops in diffuser.
