You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

Postage to UK only. Custom made goods are posted within 3 days via Royal Mail 2nd class untracked. For customers from outside of the UK please contact me prior to purchase for a quote. PLEASE NOTE: Minor flaws may be present in my handmade items, a dropped stitch or minor misalignment etc are not considered faulty. I would not sell anything I deem substandard... if for a particular reason, you are unhappy with your purchase let me know asap and I will issue a credit note for exchange of items on receipt of return. Returned goods must be sent back to 15 Higher Shapter Street, Topsham, DEVON EX3 0AW within 30 days of the sale date in their original state and original packaging, posted at the customers expense. Unfortunately I do not offer refunds but I will attempt to resolve your issue as best I can. Farrell Coxon supports local independent suppliers wherever possible.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
