Full description
Handmade colourful tote bag is made from an assortment of cotton and viscose fabrics, polyester/spandex, a piece of Indian fabric and a piece of African fabric which I have machine into diagonal strips. On the front of the bag I have machine sewn a red ruffle ribbon, a pale blue and white lace, a silver rik rak and a turquoise rik rak.. In between the patches I have also used machine embroidered stitches. Internally the bag is lined with fleece to give the bag more structure. On the reverse side of the bag I have used the same fabrics and have machine sewn burgundy rik rak and pale and white blue lace (see picture 4).
Inside the bag is lined with white cotton fabric with one matching internal pocket which measures 8 ins x 8 ins (20.5 cm x 20.5 cm). The bag has white matching handles and a lime green button closure.
The bag measures 14 ins in width (35.5 cm) and 13 ins in height (33 cm).
The bag is one of a kind and cannot be repeated.
