From cutting various pieces of jewellery out of sheet silver I am always left with a lot of off cuts. I never like to see any materials go to waste so the smaller off cuts are used to create small stud earrings.
As the silver is melted down each pair will have a slightly different shape or size which is nice as it makes all pairs completely unique.
