You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.

Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.

I ensure that all pieces are made to the highest standard, but if for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you are entitled to return an item within 14 days for a refund. Please contact me via email and return using a special delivery service. I am not responsible for any return that may become lost in transit. I cannot refund return postage costs. Earrings and custom/personalised items cannot be returned unless you receive them damaged. This also applies to sale items. In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact me upon receipt and return within 14 days in original condition and packaging for a refund. I am unable to refund postage costs. For custom orders, you are entitled to cancel any order within 14 days of placing your order for a refund, but please note that you may be charged for any materials already used in the construction of your customised piece. Ready to ship items will be posted within 3 - 5 working days. Please allow 14-28 days completion of custom orders. During extremely busy periods such as Christmas, this may be extended. I will notify you by email of an estimated delivery time. For your peace of mind and to ensure you receive your item promptly and securely, all pieces are sent UK Special Delivery or International Tracked and Signed-For. This service includes tracking and insurance, and requires a signature upon delivery. Royal Mail will only insure silver jewellery using this delivery method, and it is also the safest way to send. UK delivery will be next working day and International delivery will take around 6-8 working days, although I cannot guarantee this. I will message you with your unique tracking number as soon as your item is posted, and you will be able to track it's progress to your door. Customs policies and import duties differ from country to country - please note that any charges are the buyer's responsibility.

Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
