Welcome to my Folksy shop. Here you will find handmade artisan jewellery crafted from silver, copper and semi-precious gems. I create unique, often one-of-a-kind, rings, pendants, bangles and earrings all made using traditional silversmithing techniques. Turquoise, moonstone, amethyst, garnet, labradorite and aventurines are just some of my favourite stones.

Returns Policy
You have 14 days, from receipt, to notify the seller if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
Please note: Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken.
I ensure that all pieces are made to the highest standard, but if for any reason you are not entirely happy with your purchase, you are entitled to return an item within 14 days for a refund. Please contact me via email and return using a special delivery service. I am not responsible for any return that may become lost in transit. I cannot refund return postage costs.
Earrings and custom/personalised items cannot be returned unless you receive them damaged. This also applies to sale items.
In the unlikely event that you receive a damaged or faulty item, please contact me upon receipt and return within 14 days in original condition and packaging for a refund. I am unable to refund postage costs.
For custom orders, you are entitled to cancel any order within 14 days of placing your order for a refund, but please note that you may be charged for any materials already used in the construction of your customised piece.
