Unless faulty, the following types of items are non-refundable: items that are personalised, bespoke or made-to-order to your specific requirements; items which deteriorate quickly (e.g. food), personal items sold with a hygiene seal (cosmetics, underwear) in instances where the seal is broken; digital items.
Please note that if your order is being posted outside mainland UK, you (or the recipient) may have to pay customs or VAT charges and a handling fee. The seller is not responsible for any charges or fees that may incur.
Full description
Decorative owl shaped cushion, made to order with a bow tie of your choice. Our unique, handmade owls will bring plenty of joy and character into any home. The perfect gift for yourself or a loved one.
The body is made from soft, charcoal grey corduroy. The felt face is hand stitched on with brown embroidery thread and completed with beautiful coconut buttons. The toes and beak are made with quality faux leather.

Owls measure approximately 26cm tall and 24cm wide and are stuffed with soft polyester fibre filling. They are not machine washable. We recommend a gentle spot clean if necessary. Use a lint roller to remove any dust or lint.
PLEASE NOTE: This is not a toy and is not recommended for children. Our items are lovingly handmade for decorative purposes only and should be well looked after. Each order is individually crafted and may vary ever so slightly from those photographed.
SHIPPING INFO:
- Each item is made to order and will be ready to ship in 2-3 working days.
- All parcels are sent standard to keep costs down, using Royal Mail. This does NOT include tracking. Please let us know if you wish to upgrade to a tracked/ signed for option.
- International buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
