Say it with flowers! This elegant floral card has a modern design using funky flowers but with a vintage twist from the soft colours and retro mix and match style sentiment. It would be perfect to tell a friend that they are appreciated or for a birthday card.

The fabulous flowers are stamped, coloured with Copic alcohol markers and cut out, then layered together to create a beautiful dimensional arrangement.
Designer patterned paper layers create a stylish backdrop and these have hand stitched detail around the edges.
The mix and match style sentiment gives this card a quirky finish.

This card is 14.5cm square and is blank inside. It is presented with a white envelope and will be posted to you in a padded envelope.

My aim for this card was to create a bold modern design but with a slight vintage twist from the muted colours.
I have used subtle shading on the flowers to give them a delicately faded feel and then layered them at different heights to add dimension to the flower arrangement.

This card is completely unique and has taken 4-5 hours to create due to the colouring, hand stitching and care taken to co-ordinate all the elements.
