Measures 14.5 cm wide and 10.5 cm tall.
A prickly visitor to the garden was the inspiration for this piece.
Created using traditional stained glass techniques and materials this small panel has been hand painted onto antique style, coloured glass and fired in a kiln. At high temperature the tracing paint fuses together with the glass making the image permanent and enduring.
The glass pieces have been joined together by edging with copper foil and solder and finished with a bronze patina. There is a chain attached ready for hanging the panel in a window or in front of any bright, light surface.
