A photograph taken one April after a heavy rain shower. The light was clear but with the deep blue of the sky. A few moments later the light changed. A chance opportunity that I grabbed A great place to visit on my dloorstep.
Once the leaves are on the trees the view of the reservoir and the bridge are more hidden. I like the letterbox shape of this image.

Full description
A fine art panoramic photograph of the Ladybower reservoir and the viaduct that carries the A57 between Sheffield and Glossop via the Snake Pass in the Derbyshire Peak District.
The view is glimpsed through the bare trees. It is inkjet printed onto good quality glossy photo paper and mounted using Snow White mount board.
It is approx 28 H cm x 35.5 W cm including the mount, complete with backing board and cello wrapped
